Delivery time for EU orders is 2-7 business days. ( + order processing time )

Delivery time for international orders is 5-11 business days. ( + order processing time )

If the amount of the order is below £75 the costs for shipping will be £5 for the UK and £6 for
international orders.

If the amount of the order is £75 and above, no shipping costs will be charged.

If your order hasn't been dispatched we may be able to change the delivery address with our printing partner. If your order has already shipped, and this is to an incorrect address the package will be returned to us. At this point we can create a new shipping label and dispatch your order to the correct address - please note you will be charged a reshipment fee of £5 for UK orders or £6 for international orders.

During the holiday season and other peak times delays may be possible and may affect the estimated delivery times.

Please note if a delay is due to you having provided an incorrect address, not collecting a package that is at your local sorting office and the package is returned to us you are responsible for a reshipment fee. This is a flat rate of £5 for UK orders and £6 for international orders.
