Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Due to the fragile nature of art prints items must be returned unused and in their original unopened packaging. As we partner with international printing manufacturers please contact us via chat with your full name and order number so we can provide you with the return address relevant to your location.
Your refund will be processed within 2 working days from when the item is received. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. However if you would prefer an alternative item please return your original order as stated above and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order is damaged in transit or you received a defective item please contact us within 14 calander days for a replacement or a refund. We will require a photograph of the damaged or defective item in order to process a replacement or a refund. Replacements are sent within 2-3 working days, or in the case of refund, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.
