Return and refund policy

You can return items within 28 days of receiving them. Due to the fragile nature of art prints items must be returned unused and in their original unopened packaging.


Luxe Poster Co partners with international printing manufacturers so please contact us via chat at the bottom of the page or by email at info@luxeposterco.store with your full name and order number so we can provide you with the return address relevant to your location.


There is no restocking fee but you are responsible to cover the return shipping cost. For all items returned we recommend that you use a tracked service as Luxe Poster Co will not remain liable for any items lost in transit.

If you would like to arrange an exchange we have a 28 day exchange or return policy. As all of our products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot cover the shipping costs of the return. If you wish to return an item for an exchange, please contact us using the chat button at the bottom of the page or email us at info@luxeposterco.store and we’ll advise you on the next steps.

If your order is damaged in transit or you received a defective item please contact us within 14 calandar days for a replacement or a refund. We will require a photograph of the damaged or defective item in order to process a replacement or a refund. Please email at info@luxeposterco.store

Replacements are sent within 2-3 working days, or in the case of refund, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.

RETURNED ORDERS - Once we have received your return refunds take up to five working days to be credited to your original payment method. Email confirmation will be sent once we have processed your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.

DAMAGED ORDERS
- If you have received a faulty item or your order was damaged in transit and you would prefer a refund rather than a replacement, refunds are processed on the same day and will be credited to the original payment method within 5 working days
