Shipping And Returns

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Order processing and delivery time to the UK and EU is 4-6 business days. International delivery is 7-21 business days.

During the holiday season and other peak times delays may be possible and may affect the estimated delivery times.

If you haven't received your order within the delivery time advertised please check your tracking for any delivery updates. If you still require help with your delivery please contact us via chat, Whatsapp or email info@luxeposterco.store


Please note if you have provided an incorrect address and the package is returned you are responsible for the extra delivery cost.

If the amount of the order is below £75 the costs for shipping will be £5 for the UK and £6 for international orders.

If the amount of the order is £75 and above, no shipping costs will be charged.

If you order hasn't been dispatched we may be able to change the delivery address with our printing partner. If your order has already shipped, and this is to an incorrect address the package will be returned to us. At this point we can create a new shipping label and dispatch your order to the correct address - please note you will be charge the standard rate of £5 for UK orders or £6 for international orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve changed your mind! Of course, all products purchased online have a 28 day exchange or return policy. As all of our products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot cover the shipping costs of the return. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@luxeposterco.store or via Chat at the bottom of the page and we’ll advise you on the next steps. For all items returned we recommend that you use a tracked service as Luxe Poster Co will not remain liable for any items lost in transit.

Occasionally packages do get damaged in transit or may have minor defects caused in the printing and packaging process. If you have received a product you believe is faulty or was damaged in transit please contact us at info@luxeposterco.store and we will get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. We will not charge you any shipping fees to exchange damaged or faulty goods. You are also not required to return the faulty item.

RETURNED ORDERS - Once we have received your return refunds take up to five working days to be credited to your original payment method. Email confirmation will be sent once we have processed your refund.

DAMAGED ORDERS - If you have received a faulty item or your order was damaged in transit and you would prefer a refund rather than a replacement, refunds are processed on the same day and will be credited to the original payment method within 5 working days.

If you have placed an order that has been dispatched but not yet received it isn't possible to cancel an order. Please wait until your order arrives and follow the returns process above.
